Days of Our Lives alum Victoria Konefel is one daytime television star that has proven to the world that you can have a successful career after you’ve done your time in the soap world. The actress, who is best known for her role as Ciara Brady on the hit Peacock soap, has been keeping quite busy since her departure from the show. Here’s what you need to know.
Days of Our Lives Update: Here’s What Victoria Konefal is Doing Now
Back in February, it was reported that Victoria landed a role in the horror film, Scared to Death. She has been working on the project with Lin Shaye, Bill Moseley and Olivier Paris. The movie focuses on young filmmakers who head into an abandoned orphanage to do research. Unfortunately, things get pretty dark really fast for them, too.
And because she will never forget or let go of her daytime television roots, Victoria did come back briefly to reprise her role as Ciara Brady in Salem earlier this year. Her fans absolutely loved seeing her on the canvas, too!
And while the film has given Victoria a reason to celebrate, she did admit last year that 2022 was pretty tough on her. She said at the time, “The best thing was I had a breakthrough healing moment that had a lot to do with some personal issues I was feeling with and I found a really happy, light place in my heart that I hadn’t seen in quite some time, so I’ve really been vibrating off of that. The worst thing, a friend of minde passed away a month ago. That’s been difficult.”

Victoria has gone back and forth from her soap work to her Hollywood projects many different times now. As many fans can recall, Victoria took a break from daytime television back in 2020, but came back several months later.
