General Hospital spoilers and updates for Thursday, June 29 tease intentional interference, aggravating advice and regretful relief. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) intentionally interferes, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) offers aggravating advice, and Ava Jerome (Maura West) is regretful although relieved.
General Hospital Spoilers: A Sweet Surprise
Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) accepts an invitation to Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) house and arrives to a sweet surprise. Little matchmaker Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) welcomes her, telling her she’s right on time for her date! It looks like her father is beside them when she makes the surprising announcement, and perhaps he’s a bit taken aback.
Whether Finn meant it as a date or Liz meant it as a date or not, Violet obviously did. She makes her wishes clear about her aunt Liz and her father’s relationship!
GH Spoilers: Intentional Interference
At the hospital, Portia intentionally interferes in Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) love life again as she tells Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) they have something to discuss. Esmé is there with Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) in her arms, and likely there for a checkup. Portia had previously talked to Esmé about taking Ace and moving away from Port Charles, hoping she’d get rid of Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) in the bargain. She is likely following up on Esmé’s progress towards moving far, far, away with her son and taking big brother with her!
General Hospital Spoilers: A Relaxing Date
After the somewhat stressful events of earlier, when Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) took Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) to the Quartermaine mansion they have a relaxing date. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) had called them to bring Scout so he could update them on his three year prison sentence, and wondering how to break it to Scout. Scout was just fine since she remembered when she and Danny Morgan (Zakary Risinger) visited Sam in prison.
As the couple are laughing and joking, Sam notices something and has an odd question, asking Dante where did that come from? Perhaps Dante is thinking about other situations that Drew’s might have reminded him of.
GH Spoilers: Aggravating Advice
Dex doesn’t mean to aggravate anyone as he’s giving some advice about turning in police evidence, but apparently Spencer takes it wrong. He and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) appear to be talking to Spencer and Trina and it’s probably in response to Josslyn telling him about Spencer’s fake evidence against Esmé. Trina doesn’t know he didn’t throw it away like he said he would and kept it in the safety deposit box at the bank, but she’d told Josslyn about it. Dex says turning evidence into police is more complicated than one thinks.
General Hospital Spoilers: Promises Made
It looks like Drew and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) are saying their goodbyes for now as he prepares to enter Pentonville. She’s tearful as she tells him she’ll wait as long as it takes for them to start their life together. Drew will also make a promise although things could be worse than a three year prison sentence.
It’s not for certain but there could be restrictions on Carly regarding visiting or communicating with Drew, although Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) didn’t mention it. After all they are considered accomplices in insider trading.
GH Spoilers: Spencer Cassadine Decks Dex Heller
Back to Spencer being aggravated by something Dex says as he, Josslyn, Spencer and Trina are talking, Spencer loses it and decks Dex, as a female voice can be heard shouting “why did you do that”? Perhaps Spencer is upset thinking someone told Trina he didn’t destroy the fake evidence to take down Esmé that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) left him. That would be impossible unless they had a bug in the bank and Dex would have no reason to do that. Spencer is clearly upset by something Dex has said or done!
General Hospital Spoilers: Regretful Relief
Ava is regretful, but relieved, that Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) found Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava or Grace Scarola) in the park after she’d been chasing after balloons. She’s relieved she wasn’t kidnapped by Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Gray) like she’d assumed but angry at Austin, thinking he set the whole thing up. The regretful part is her asking Austin what the hell has he got her into?
Austin had warned that Mason is impatient and no one is safe or off his list and that’s why Ava thought he had Avery. But Ava doesn’t know if she can get the information on Pikeman that Mason wants, and that’s the regret-regretting Austin and Mason know what she did!
