General Hospital News: Did Tyler Christopher Just Destroy His Chances Of A Comeback?

General Hospital spoilers say that it might be a very long time before fans will get to see Nikolas Cassadine back in Port Charles, if at all. While there were some fans that were holding on to the hope that actor Tyler Christopher would return to reprise the role, it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen anytime soon, or if at all. General Hospital News: Did Tyler Christopher Just Destroy His Chances Of A Comeback?

As many fans are probably aware by now, General Hospital and Days of Our Lives alum Tyler Christopher was arrested when he was caught sleeping on the floor of an airport terminal earlier this week. While some people are still scratching their heads over this arrest – as apparently a lot of people do sleep at airports – reports say that the soap opera star was intoxicated before he was handcuffed. Apparently, the police had no choice but to arrest Tyler as he couldn’t even take care of himself.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time that Tyler has had trouble with the law. Several years ago he was also arrested for apparently being drunk during his Uber ride. In fact, he was so intoxicated during that episode that the driver said Tyler had even urinated himself while in the back of his car.

With so many people hanging onto the hope that Tyler would return to daytime television, it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen anytime soon, or if at all. After this misstep, it might take a very long time before Tyler picks himself up again, let alone come back to General Hospital as Nikolas Cassadine. But it’s not like it’s impossible. Here’s hoping that Tyler does get the help that he needs and that he does come back to doing what he loves, for his sake, and for his fans, too, who are no doubt still supporting him through the good times and the bad.
