General Hospital Spoilers UPDATE: Plans Of Action, Points Made, Presumption Of Guilt, Pleas For Mercy
General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, May 22-Friday, May 26 tease plans of action, points made, presumption of guilt and pleas for mercy! Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shares his plan of action, Ava Jerome (Maura West) makes a point, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) retains presumption of guilt, and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) pleads mercy.
General Hospital Spoilers: Plan Of Action
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is flummoxed as she asks Drew how they can beat this, meaning the charges of insider trading they face from the SEC. He holds her hand as he shares his plan of action, which he says is going after the person who ratted them out. Right now, that person is presumed to be Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) who continually pleads his innocence.
But, considering that he warned them they could be guilty of insider trading several months ago, he is the most logical choice. Drew will continue to pursue the path most likely, which is continuing to presume Ned ratted them out.
GH Spoilers: Points Made
Meanwhile, Ava makes some points to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) as she confronts her over what she’s done. Nina had Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) make an anonymous whistleblower report, mad over not being invited to Willow and Michael Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen, Chad Duell) wedding. It had been terrible timing as Drew was leaving on a mission to save Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) so she could donate her bone marrow to Willow. If Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) hadn’t had Brick (Stephen A. Smith) hack an airline ticket for Drew to Maui, all could have been lost. Now Ava comes down hard on Nina, telling her if Sonny finds out she turned Carly in, it’s over for Sonny and Nina.
General Hospital Spoilers: Presumption Of Guilt
At the Metro Court, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) retains her presumption of guilt, asking someone, possibly Carly if Ned didn’t do it, who did? A shot of Ned’s face is shown, disbelieving that no one believes his professions of innocence. His words from a few months ago convict him, even though he wasn’t the one who made the call.
Like an anonymous tip line to the police about a crime committed, an anonymous whistleblower report cannot be revealed. However, it can be used in a court of law just like a police tip.
GH Spoilers: Pleas For Mercy
At her Crimson Magazine office, it looks like Ava’s warning has gotten through to Nina, although she looks more angry than remorseful. She tells Sonny she needs to tell him something, but Sonny’s getting ready to propose marriage and he’s insistent he doesn’t care about anything she did. Nina will be put in a spot and likely won’t confess her culpability as the SEC whistleblower to Sonny now. But if she doesn’t, Ava’s words will still be hanging over her head all the way up to the I do’s, if the wedding materializes!
