General Hospital News: James Patrick Stewart Opens Up About Some Of his Favorite Things
Sometimes you think you know your favorite daytime television star until you realize that there’s probably not a lot that you know about them. Thankfully, there are a good number of them who love to share personal details about their lives with their fans. And that’s exactly what General Hospital star James Patrick Stuart recently did in a new interview with Soap Opera Digest. Here’s what he has to say!

The actor, who is best known for his role as Valentin Cassadine on the hit ABC soap, opened up about some of his likes and his dislikes with the publication. He said that he loves sausage and mushrooms on his pizza and that his favorite adult beverage is Ensure. Gotta love a man with a good sense of humor, right?
When asked what posters were on the wall of his teenage bedroom, James said, ““I had three that meant a lot to me. I had an original one-sheet of Jaws, which today would be worth many thousands of dollars, and an original one-sheet of Star Wars, which would be worth even more; but the priceless one to me was Brooke Shields from Blue Lagoon.”
James also said that he loves Paul McCartney and that his favorite television show as a kid was BJ and the Bear.
General Hospital News: What’s Next James?
Back in March, James announced his return to the daytime television world after a brief hiatus. As many fans know by now, James took a break from the soap world to work on a different project – the Disney+ series Villains of ValleyView. When asked about when he’ll be returning to Port Charles, James replied on Twitter, “Currently filming the 8th episode of the new Disney+ comedy “Villains of ValleyView” (previously “Meet the Mayhem’s.”) Missing GH very much and happy to report Valentin will be back in March.” According to Deadline, the series is about the story of a teenager by the name of Havoc, who stands up against the leader of all villains, forcing her entire family to change their identities and relocate to a Texas suburb where she now goes by the name Amy.
