General Hospital Star Ingo Rademacher Says That The ABC Network Tried To ‘Destroy His Character’

General Hospital alum Ingo Rademacher (ex-Jasper Jacks) claims that the ABC network tried to “destroy his character” in new court records obtained by Radar Online.

General Hospital Star Ingo Rademacher Says That The ABC Network Tried To ‘Destroy His Character’

Rademacher is now asking the court to not allow the network to obtain documents from an organization called Protection of the Educational Rights of Kids after ABC issued a subpoena for them. Ingo also says that the network served the group because they believed it funded his lawsuit and tht they might be trying to  “destroy Ingo’s character.”

Late last year, Ingo said in his lawsuit that the COVID vaccine mandate is unconstitutional and amounts to religious discrimination. He is also being repped by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and John W. Howard, an attorney who has already filed several lawsuits challenging the vaccine mandates. Ingo was let go back in November when he refused to comply with the ABC network’s vaccine mandate.

According to Variety, the actor told the powers to be at General Hospital that he should be exempt due to “my deeply and sincerely held moral belief that my body is endowed by my creator with natural processes to protect me and that its natural integrity.”

What’s more, Ingo’s lawyer has said, “ABC is not entitled to sensitive, private information that is irrelevant to Ingo’s allegations concerning privacy rights and unlawful discrimination, through a subpoena or otherwise. ABC is also not entitled to know whether any persona or entity is financing this litigation.”

General Hospital News: What’s Next For Ingo Rademacher?

So far Ingo has not made any additional comments about his lawsuit, but at the same time, the actor has not had any work since he was forced out the door by the producers of General Hospital. Similarly, Ingo’s former co-star Steve Burton (ex-Jason Morgan) was also let go from the ABC soap for also refusing to comply with their vaccine mandate. However, he’s since managed to find work over at the Days of Our Lives Peacock spin-off, Beyond Salem.

This is a war and we must win it. The Marxist left will destroy all of us if we let them. I feel sad for Ingo and for Steve. We used to be a country where we could speak out and now we get annihilated and destroyed.

I think it’s up to the employer plus actors are up and personal with others. . I miss Steve Burton but for safety reasons vaccines are proven to be safe and virus is not as bad for people being vaccinated. Ingo also slammed Terry for being Transgender. That is so wrong. So Ingo quit wining.

I believe he has a right in his belief just as ABC has a right to require a vaccine mandate to protect fellow workers. If you don’t want the vaccine that’s fine then find another job more suitable to your beliefs. ABC gave ample advance warning plus issued the consequences of non-compliance. Ingo had a choice now live with your choice. A lawsuit solves nothing just makes lawyers richer and he’s still out of a job. Even if he wins said lawsuit he still loses in the long run. Other employers may be leery to hire him

When you work for a private Corporation you have to follow the rules in most instances or you are out the door. The only exceptions to that rule are racial discrimination or sexual harassment. You would think that religious discrimination would be added to that list, but I’m sure there are plenty of Christians that still worked for ABC during the pandemic and they took the vaccine, so it would be hard to file even a class action lawsuit for religious discrimination. It would be akin to Moslems that work at McDonalds filing lawsuits against McDonalds forbidding them to stop selling bacon on their burgers because their religion forbids them from eating or handling the meat. They’d simply be told to go work someplace else if they didn’t want to comply with them using pork products. I’m afraid Ingo is going to have a hard time working in the liberal Hollywood world anymore. He will be blacklisted.

In this new world where good is bad and bad is good and only certain people are allowed to have an opinion, nothing surprises me. Trouble is when they manage to get their revenge on all the people who do not think like they do and they have destroyed America where will they go next ?

I agree with you. ABC has a right to take care of their actors and give them a safe work place! And if you disagree then move on to somewhere where the Network does not care for the safety of the people!

While Ingo may personally believe that his body and it’s health is governed by a higher power, it does not give him the right to expose his fellow cast mates, crew, execs, etc. to a deadly virus. Just as everyone is allowed to feel and believe in what they choose, it’s also the expectation of those at ABC to ensure that their employees are as safe as possible from disease. If I was an actor on that set, I would feel that I have the right to protect myself and my loved ones at home. It’s extremely arrogant for those who refuse to vaccinate to not mind if they put others at risk. That is a selfish choice.

Yes, he has his beliefs, but he also has a commitment to a job that has supported his family for years.
