The Bold and the Beautiful star Krista Allen has proven that she can give sound advice, and maybe even better advice, than her alter ego Taylor Hayes often does in this fictional town of Los Angeles. The stunning beauty admitted on social media that a fan had told her that she’s in the same predicament that Krista’s character is on the show. Here’s what she has to say.

As many fans know by now, Ridge Forrester has decided to seek comfort in the arms of his ex-wife Taylor after realizing that his current wife Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) has been spending too much time kissing other men behind his back, particularly Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). According to Krista, one of her fans is in the same situation as Taylor and unfortunately, she does not know what to do.
Krista put it this way on Twitter, “Today, I got on the phone with a crying woman who felt she was in the same situation as Taylor – the ex is coming around (married)- and says he thinks he wants to be back with her. I told her ‘Don’t let anyone mess with your feelings just because they are unsure of their own.’”
She also added, “Soaps are supposed to be messy! But this is your life – not a silly TV show- if someone you love is having a hard time choosing between you and another- please let them pick the other. And please, love yourself more – Everyone deserves better than being an option.”

Of course, many of her fans responded to her tweet with, “That’s the best advice, Krista!! Hope the woman takes it heart. I feel so bad she was crying. Hope she stays strong,” to which Krista replied with, “Awww – I always remind people that Tears are liquid prayers – Sometimes you gotta get those tears out before the blessings arrive!
