Deacon Is Acting Like A Snake
That’s because instead of being faithful to his wife Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), he’s acting like a complete snake by messing around with Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) behind her back.
This, despite the fact that Sheila has done so much work to improve herself and her life and turn all of her wrongs into rights.
And as much as Deacon as there for her in the past, it seems like he’s truly falling for Taylor even though he should know better by now.
Of course, many B&B fans certainly did have a lot to say about where this storyline is headed on social media.
Some even weighed in with, “If Taylor wasn’t such an idiot, she would realize that Deacon could walk away from Sheila anytime he felt like it. he can do whatever he wants to! and right now, he wants to play with both of them. Let’s turn this into a Dateline episode.”
What’s Next For Deacon?
Another critic of the soap wrote, “He absolutely needs to end it with Sheila before getting into a relationship. I am mad at his kids for pushing for his relationship with Taylor rather than telling him to end it with Sheila. He shouldn’t need a back up first. It’s gross that it’s normalized.”
And then there was this comment as well: “I was starting to warm up to Deacon in spite of his sleazy background.
But the way he is treating Sheila is really trash. Nobody loses sleep or tears over Sheila Carter. But she is his wife who he claimed to love at some point. It’s like as soon as he got the opportunity to trade up, he forgot her name!”
Now, whether or not Deacon actually does the right thing and honors his marriage to Sheila remains to be seen.
But for now it seems like he’s more interested in taking care of his own needs with Taylor than keeping in mind that Sheila’s going to be absolutely devastated over all of this, too!
