On a different note, Cameron Mathison, who brings Drew to life on screen, has been navigating some personal relationship challenges of his own.

Cameron recently participated in the live summit titled “I Choose Me,” hosted by Jennie Garth and iHeartPodcasts.
This event provided him with an opportunity to share insights with Us Weekly regarding his life after divorce. He clarified that the decision to end his marriage was not his own, yet he still holds a deep care for Vanessa and genuinely wishes her well.
Keeping this in mind, Cameron emphasized his commitment to maintaining an amicable relationship, noting that his children appreciate his efforts to foster a loving family environment.
The General Hospital star also discussed his experiences with dating apps, which he found to be quite overwhelming.
Cameron Was Overwhelmed By Dating Apps, And Decided He Wasn’t Ready
He admitted that he was not accustomed to putting himself out there in the context of meeting potential new partners. “I was also trying to distract myself from a broken heart. I met a lot of amazing people, one in particular that became, like, a more committed sort of situation, but at the same time, I hadn’t been ready for anything more serious,” Cameron confessed.
Ultimately, he felt the necessity to step back from the world of dating apps; in conclusion, Cameron acknowledged that he needed to prioritize his own well-being.
He needed to determine what his heart was truly open to; “It was a bit much for me,” he expressed; “I need time to heal and do my thing.”
