He has come to the realization that Marco was responsible for stealing Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) medication, and he is determined to take action.
When Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) expressed his concerns about Cullum targeting his boyfriend, Marco attempted to calm him down.
Since Cullum lacks solid evidence linking Marco to the theft of Britt’s medication, Marco believed this would work to his advantage.

It appears that Cullum is poised to fatally stab Marco, leading Alexis to stumble upon the bloody scene on March 24, since Cullum snuck up on him in the law office.
GH spoilers indicate that Alexis will encounter something truly horrifying, meaning she is likely destined to find Marco’s lifeless body awaiting her arrival. It’s clear that Alexis will be extremely shaken by the sight of Marco in such a horrific condition.
