The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Taylor Dismisses Steffy’s Concerns as Trouble Brews for Deacon
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) is in trouble even though she thinks it’s been averted.
Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) overhearing her mother’s conversation with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) elevates this storyline to a new level.
However, it’s raised even higher when Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) learns that what she assumed about Taylor is wrong.
Budig’s character hasn’t helped Deacon repair his marriage and she isn’t supportive of Sheila.
Any wife who loves her husband would be enraged when learning that he’s become involved with another willing woman. But when that wife is Sheila, and she’s on B&B, then it’s an entirely different calculation.
Taylor Hayes Has Tried To Resist The Pull
Taylor and Deacon weren’t eyeing each other in the recent past. She was happily engaged to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), and he was committed to Sheila, whom Kanan’s character believed was his soulmate.
Ridge coldly ended his ill-advised engagement to Taylor. It’s one he never should have agreed to and only did because he was on his eighth rebound from Brooke, and that’s not a marital exaggeration.
His ninth remarriage to Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) reinforced that Taylor was always number two in Ridge’s heart. In contrast, Sheila was at the top of Deacon’s loyalty chart. But then she betrayed his trust by concealing that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) didn’t die last summer.
Steffy Forrester Finnegan Intercedes
Steffy is looking out for her mother, knowing that Taylor was hurt badly by Ridge again. This time was somewhat different than past instances because she appeared to handle the engagement break maturely.
Taylor didn’t collapse emotionally or try to get back together with Ridge. She also didn’t have a cake fight with Brooke or do more than offer some limited, chiding words on a few occasions.
What Steffy didn’t know was that Taylor was swooning over Deacon. He’s been offering sweet, verbal nothings to her in their supposed therapy sessions.
But those meetings haven’t been about psychiatry as much as their developing chemistry. So, Taylor isn’t inclined to follow Steffy’s sound advice. She’ll attempt to rationalize what’s happened and keep going.
Deacon Sharpe Better Watch His Back
Deacon’s children have been vocal about not wanting him to be with Sheila. Despite her continued, sincere efforts, she hasn’t been able to make any inroads with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), as the non-invite to her remarriage to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) demonstrated.
Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) doesn’t hide his disdain for Sheila, which makes Deacon’s reveal to him about Taylor useful. Teasers indicate that Brown’s character will catch wind of that talk.
Viewers know that an unhinged Sheila has been a hallmark of this show. Combine that with Taylor telling Deacon’s wife that she’s concerned about her impulsive nature, and mega daytime drama is surely ahead.
