The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Did Nikki Newman Violate HR Laws?
According to the latest The Young and the Restless episode, Nikki fired Audra only for the fact that she was being too kind and too caring. Some viewers think that this move was only senseless, but that it also violates human resources law.
It goes without saying that many The Young and the Restless fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some have even commented with, “Actually in this one situation, she was being caring. The idea being that people suffering from addiction can be triggering for someone who’s lived with it before. I didn’t say she’s a caring person but I believe she was genuine with Nikki. Nikki was the one seeing the worst,” along with, “If Genoa City were a real city & the corporations there were real businesses, in reality none of them would survive. The musical CEO chairs. The long lunches in hotel rooms. The sexual harassment. The only GC business not doing employment/HR violations is Crimson Lights.”

Another critic wrote, “Well Victoria fired Sally just because of her hate for Adam. Fired Kyle because he was messing around with Audra. Fired Nate for simply trying to help just like Audra. I’m surprised she lasted as long as she did. Newmans are notorious for wrongful terminations.”
