On Tuesday, January 30 and Wednesday, January 31 fans will see Dick Christie as Charlie Webber. The Forrester Creations security guard is always on hand to deal with a crisis but the last time we saw him, fans were hoping for a new romance in his life.

The night of FC’s fierce fashion showdown, Charlie tried and failed to get Pam Douglas (Alley Mills) to accompany him. The sad man called himself a “loser when it comes to love.”

But he sure perked up when he saw The Young and the Restless’ Esther Valentine (Kate Linder) walk into the room. She was there with Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman), with both characters crossing over to the sister soap for a few episodes.

You know what they say, you can take the housekeeper out of the house but you can’t take … well whatever the saying, Esther could not help but do some quick cleaning at FC.

When Charlie saw her acting suspicious at Pam and Donna Logan’s (Jennifer Gareis) workspace he marched over to investigate. Alas, Esther was only trying to dust! This impressed Charlie no end since he likes to clean, too.

Fans began to speculate that this could be a budding romance as Mills is now playing Heather Webber on ABC’s General Hospital.
