General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, October 16 tease decision discussions, heart-to-hearts, and grateful thanks. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) have a decision discussion, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) a heart-to-heart.

General Hospital Spoilers: Sasha Gilmore Has A Revelation

At her apartment she had shared with Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) Sasha has a revelation and shares it with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).

It sounds like perhaps she’s realized she needs a new start and can’t get it in Port Charles, or perhaps not at Deception Cosmetics. Cody tells her she just got her life back, is she going to walk away from it?

Perhaps she just needs to get away from town and get some new scenery for a little while to gain perspective. It’s been a lot of years lived in one short life, and a lot of trauma to overcome.

GH Spoilers: Decision Discussions

In the meantime, part of Sasha’s decision regarding her career may be in the process of being made for her. Maxie and Lucy are at the Metro Court having lunch as they discuss hiring a new Face of Deception, Sasha’s job.

However, Maxie is faithful to Sasha as she suggests to Lucy maybe they’re kind of putting the cart in front of the horse. Deception has been in trouble with plenty of negative publicity, and most of it centered on Sasha. Perhaps it is time for a change of spokesperson and model.

General Hospital Spoilers: Martin Gray’s Mysterious Meeting

Elsewhere, Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) walks into a mysterious meeting, telling the person unless they know something he doesn’t, he has no business there.

His name had come up in Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) conversation with his SEC contact who told him who the whistleblower was. Martin’s job for Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) was to do an anonymous whistleblower report and from the looks of Michael’s face, his contact didn’t keep her anonymous.

However, it could be almost anything that’s caused Martin to show up at a mysterious meeting. He has many fingers in many pies and a lot on his plate.

GH Spoilers: Michael Corinthos Plays Dirty, Keeping Secrets

Meanwhile, Michael plays dirty, keeping what he knows about the SEC whistleblower from his wife, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) who didn’t want secrets between them.

She says he never did tell her who it was he had to meet with, and presumably, they are still on his father’s island at the hotel so it’s probably not Martin!

However, Michael will struggle with himself making a decision, perhaps until he knows absolutely for sure it was Nina who pointed the SEC to his mother and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). If he tells Willow and possibly Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) this information, they are going to want concrete proof.

General Hospital Spoilers: Blaze Surprises Kristina Corinthos-Davis

Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is definitely still on Sonny’s island, and it turns out, so is Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez).

Kristina is surprised when she sees Blaze, and asks her what in the world is she doing there? Perhaps Blaze came to surprise Kristina, although she did miss Sonny and Nina’s wedding.

On the other hand, perhaps she’s doing a gig at the hotel and casino there. Casinos associated with large hotels frequently have entertainment.

GH Spoilers: Carly Spencer Opens Up To Sam McCall

Meanwhile, back in Port Charles at Kelly’s, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) opens up to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). The two of them haven’t always been the best of friends, especially when it came to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Carly smiles and tells Sam it’s really important that she believes that, possibly referring to the past being in the past. Right now there are more important things, like keeping Drew from going back to Pentonville, another man they’ve had in common.

General Hospital Spoilers: Happy And Grateful

Back on the island, Nina is happy and grateful as she tells Sonny she owes it all to him. Of course, she’s talking about her happiness, and her finally having her family. Nina’s time in Port Charles has been nearly as traumatic as her former fake daughter and still good friend Sasha’s had been.

For once in her life Nina is really and truly happy, with nothing apparent to take it all away from her. However, that could depend on what Michael does with the information he’s learned.
