General Hospital Spoilers UPDATE Wednesday, April 12: Desperate Cowboys, Fearing Déjà Vu, Worst Case Scenarios

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, April 12 tease desperate cowboys, fearing déjà vu, and worst case scenarios. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) is desperate, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) fears déjà vu, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) tries to prepare for a worst-case scenario.

General Hospital Spoilers: Calming Panic, Encouraging Positivity?

At GH, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) appears to be calming panic and encouraging positivity as he takes charge of a situation, saying “That’s enough”! There are multiple scary situations among family, friends and loved ones in the wake of the several apparent kidnappings by Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). Curtis’ good friend Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is pretty panic prone with her daughter depending on bone marrow from her aunt, who’s missing.

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is also worrying, with the continuing absence of her daughter Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Both women are likely to blame themselves in one way or another, perhaps Portia more than Nina, who’s blindsided.

GH Spoilers: Discouragement And Support

Over at the Quartermaine gatehouse, there is both discouragement and support, as Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is on her last leg with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) missing. Willow’s sitting on the couch, with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) on one side and Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) on the other. Willow asks if something is the same as talking about giving up, as Brook Lynn has a pained look on her face. It seems like she may be more concerned about her great-aunt missing than her being able to donate her bone marrow to save her life. Sasha and Brook Lynn may be suggesting an emergency search for another donor, which is anything but guaranteed to happen.

General Hospital Spoilers: Desperate Cowboys

At the PCPD, Cody’s desperate to find a way to clear himself from being framed for theft by Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs). Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is across from him at a table in what appears to be the questioning room, although perhaps it doubles for visitation. Sam has some questions for him about what Gladys did that he needed to tell Sasha about.

Cody had threatened to tell Sasha the truth about Gladys’ gambling problem and that she had sold Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) garage to settle her gambling debt. He’d given Gladys the option to come clean to Sasha first, but she wasn’t buying what he was selling.

GH Spoilers: Portia Robinson’s Discouraged

At General Hospital, Portia’s discouraged as she tells someone it’s too late for that, possibly related to Trina gone missing. The mother and daughter had a serious falling out at Portia’s wedding to Curtis, which also didn’t happen. Portia had hidden the secret that Curtis might be Trina’s father for years, and Trina didn’t want to know, after growing up the daughter of Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews). As for Curtis, he broke things off and left her at the altar although he’s made small steps towards amends.

General Hospital Spoilers: Dante Falconeri’s Idea

Back at the PCPD, Detective Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has an idea for Port Charles Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). He knows someone who might be able to help things out at the strained and understaffed PCPD. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will soon hear from the civilian review board but even if it is good news Jordan might not want to rehire him right away.

However, it’s all hands on deck and some civilians with experience could help-there’s Chase, Curtis, and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) as well. After all this wouldn’t be the first time Jordan deputized a civilian to help capture a dangerous criminal-remember Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and the Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) case?

GH Spoilers: Fearing Déjà Vu

Laura fears déjà vu as she and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) put their heads together on the Cassadine kidnappings. Laura asks a concerned Felicia if history is repeating itself, bound to be talking about Mikkos Cassadine’s (John Colicos) weather machine which ran on the Ice Princess diamond. Laura knows firsthand what happened back then, stowing away on the Haunted Star like Trina has now. Laura knows Victor has the necklace made from the Ice Princess diamonds and he wants to recreate a Cassadine empire. She fears what his plans are for the world.

General Hospital Spoilers: Worst Case Scenarios

Elsewhere, Carly fears the worst case scenario for Willow as she tells a worried Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) that they need to prepare themselves. There’s no last minute miracle on the horizon save Liesl miraculously reappearing at GH to have her bone marrow harvested. Even though no one should count Liesl-or Trina-out for a miraculous escape, it may not be soon enough to save Willow’s life.

Willow had only a few short weeks left to live when Amelia Corinthos (Nathan and Owen Ford) was born. When her cord blood didn’t have enough stem cells Liesl was the last hope, and now hope is running out.

GH Spoilers: Looking For Great Escapes

Meanwhile, back aboard the Haunted Star, Trina’s looking for a great escape as she tells a frazzled Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) she’s got to find a way off that boat! Spencer doesn’t want her to go off alone and yet he won’t leave without his baby brother, Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay). Trina is one stubborn and determined girl, however and she won’t give up.

Trina is going to solve this problem if it’s the last thing that she does. But Spencer’s afraid it might be the last thing that she does!
