The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Audra’s Emergency Brings Chelsea’s Rescue – Sally’s Bridal Party Mess?
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will remain wary of Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) now that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) has made her a bridesmaid.
Audra doesn’t trust Chelsea for multiple reasons, but Chelsea may soon give her a reason to change her mind.
Between Chelsea’s con artist history and the fact that she stole Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) away from Sally, Audra just doesn’t get good vibes from her.
Chelsea obviously doesn’t run cons anymore and is genuinely sorry for the cheating fiasco, but Audra is stuck on the past. Audra agreed to accept Sally’s decision to make Chelsea a bridesmaid, but she still views it as a mistake.
However, Audra might see Chelsea in a new light as the wedding draws near. There was a lot of focus on Audra’s desire to plan the bachelorette party herself and leave Chelsea out of it, but things may not work out that way.
Chelsea hinted about being able to use her Newman connections if need be, but Audra obviously wasn’t interested.
It was perhaps Y&R’s way of setting up a situation where Chelsea indeed has to use those Newman connections and save the day.
It’s possible that the bachelorette party venue will end up being double booked or something along those lines.
Audra could be in danger of losing their location until Chelsea puts her Newman family link to good use.
Chelsea might toss Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) name around since he was once her father-in-law and perhaps could be his father-in-law again down the road.
Then again, Chelsea could make it so Sally gets an even better venue instead or maybe saves the day when it comes to the evening’s refreshment. The caterer might fall through and give Chelsea an opportunity to come to Audra’s rescue.
Whatever the case, it feels like the show might be going somewhere with Audra’s insistence on leaving Chelsea out of the event planning. It may be a situation where Audra is forced to accept that she needs Chelsea’s help after all.
That would fit with Y&R spoilers for the October 2 episode, which indicate that Audra and Chelsea will reach an understanding.
Chelsea and Audra will apparently find a way to move past any lingering tension, so stay tuned to see if Chelsea will prove herself somehow and win Audra over somewhat.
