Two New Explosive Debuts
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of September 14 suggest two new characters’ debuts. First off, fans will meet Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) fiancé, as actor Franco LoPresti enters the role of Dante Vitali.
Days viewers can expect to see him get into the mix of the big Monte Carlo game during the Monday, September 14 episode.
Fans will see him square off against Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) and his soon-to-be stepdaughter, Sydney DiMera (Sydney Malakeh).
In addition, actor Tristyn Rowland will enter the canvas as “Otto”. Rowland has appeared in Lioness, High Potential, and has other acting credits on his resume.
Other Casting Notes
Back to Sydney, fans saw Sydney Malakeh enter the recurring recast role of Sami and EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) daughter on the Wednesday, September 9 show.
She shocked Philip and Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) when she entered the poker room in Monte Carlo to ‘scope’ the place out before the big game.
During the Friday, September 18 show, Sydney will hop on a plane and return home to Salem, so she’s sure to shock more than a few family members and loved ones.

With that said, it sounds like Rita Lesley, played by Maggie Carney, will be pivotal in welcoming Sydney home
. Fans will see more of Rita during the week of September 14, as EJ will demand his ‘trusted’ assistant find out more information on Dominic Marino on the September 18 episode. Still, could Rita be working for Dom?
