But as viewers recall, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) didn’t provide Katie with any detailed information when he sidelined her in the recent past. He and Steffy decided that her role as Forrester Creations’ head of public relations had changed because an outside agency, the crisis team, was remaining.
So, Hope finds herself in a very similar position to the one that Katie was in. Tom’s character was offered an opportunity of a lifetime by her husband, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), to head a new fashion company, and she did. Logan is now calling Hope’s name.
Steffy Forrester Finnegan And Hope Logan Spencer On Different Teams?
Steffy isn’t inclined to play nice with Hope. She didn’t do that in years past when they battled for Liam’s affections, with each woman trading him off and on.
Hope believes Steffy has forgotten all they’ve been through and isn’t basing her decision to pause Hope for the Future purely for business reasons. Hope feels like she’s being punished for the move Katie made because she’s part of the Spencer contingent.
This storyline is all about family rivalry. Its intensity is ratcheting up because of the deepening divisions and the lines that have been drawn. Every major player will eventually be forced to pick one team or the other, as this family and fashion battle rages on.
