The Young and the Restless Spoilers Monday, April 27: Phyllis’ Gamble, Nick’s Poisoned, Adam’s Miscalculation

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, April 27 point to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) doing something to help Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) in Las Vegas that makes things worse.

Nick is hooked on painkillers and Adam watches as he sees the symptoms of addiction and withdrawal. However, that takes a backseat to bringing down Matt Clark (Roger Howarth).

If the brothers have any chance of besting the bad guy, Nick has to be mentally and physically prepared to help Adam.

Which is why Adam allows Nick to go hog wild with whatever he needs to bring out his inner beast. WCGW?

Wild Ambush Coming Up

Adam wants Nick to be clean and will help him do so—just not now. As a result of Adam’s talk, Nick tucks into the drug stash he took from the storage room.

But it doesn’t work as intended, because Matt purposely put in bad drugs anticipating Nick’s desire to take them.

As a result, Nick’s on a downhill slope about to crash out due to Matt’s poison and Adam is beside himself.

Matt is an Evil Menace

Eventually Adam and Nick get to the derelict gas station where Matt has Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams).

Nick wants to help them but instead falls down and could lose consciousness. Adam, Noah and Sharon go nuts when they realize what’s happened to Nick.

As they panic, evil Matt is thrilled with himself as he watches on his hidden camera.

Phyllis’ Dilemma

Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has to decide how to handle Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) bluster.

She can call his bluff, or risk going to prison. Phyllis has also realized that keeping the Newman empire risks her relationship with her kids. Phyllis has a huge choice to make and her history of picking the wrong option looms large!

Red hot The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Phyllis is tormented as she must make a decision and we all know that she is hasty, rash and brash—do you think she will play with her freedom in order to hang on to a company where no one wants to work?
