Caitlyn Jenner may have suffered many inconveniences as a trans woman in Trump’s America, but she’s not above giving the president his laurels when he deserves it.
However, for all the support, the President will need to run to her aid quickly to resolve a serious issue she’s facing.
Caitlyn Jenner Says She Worked “So Hard” To Change This Error In Documentation
Caitlyn Jenner is getting burned by one of Donald Trump’s executive orders, and this specific one targets trans Americans’ access to identity documents that accurately depict their gender identity.
On April 7, Jenner talked about her less than savory documentation experience in a chat with host Tomi Lahren.
“Today, documentation is extremely important. Every time you turn around, you gotta show ID, ID, ID,” the 76-year-old said during the interview. “So somebody in my position, who has transitioned, I worked very, very hard. I worked with a law firm to make sure everything was changed from ‘M’ to ‘F,’ right down to my birth certificate.”
“All my documentation was right, my passport, my global entry — I traveled around the world,” the reality TV star, who has been a vocal supporter of Trump since 2016, said.
When a new passport was mailed to replace the one that recently expired, she revealed that the State Department had opted to list her sex as “male.”
Believing this to be an oversight, Jenner mailed back the document, along with a hard copy of her updated birth certificate to the State Department. When the passport returned, there was still no change. “I did everything,” she said, “and they sent it back, ‘M,’ they didn’t change it.”
“What do I do?” she asked, obviously perplexed by all the road blocks she hit despite her numerous attempts to fix the issue. “This is a safety factor.”
The reason Jenner is experiencing this is because of Trump’s executive order, which he kindly passed on his first day back in office, that the United States will recognize only two “immutable” sexes, male and female. “Across the country, ideologues who deny the biological reality of sex have increasingly used legal and other socially coercive means to permit men to self-identify as women,” the order states. “This is wrong.”
From that point onwards, government-issued documentation only reflects a person’s sex at “conception.”

When you’ve done everything you can and nothing is being changed, you go to the man on top, and that is exactly what Jenner did.
“I was in Mar-a-Lago two months ago, [and] wrote a letter explaining all of this to him, how it’s affecting me and a lot of other people,” she revealed.
“Unfortunately, he wasn’t there that weekend. The Secret Service guy said he could get it to him, put it on his desk and stuff,” Jenner added. “I haven’t heard from him. He’s kind of busy right now. My gender marker is not big on the issue, OK? So, I get that, and I’m not blaming him whatsoever. I love the guy, and I love what he’s doing.”
