Prince Andrew Under Scrutiny Over Alleged Epstein Investment Document

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been caught in another scandal after it was revealed that he sent an important list compiled by UK officials to his dear pal, the sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
At the time, Andrew was still in his role as a trade envoy, and therefore could easily gain access to certain classified information. Let’s just say that his relationship with Epstein was a two-way street.
Former Prince Andrew Sent Jeffrey Epstein Secret Document Detailing “Investment Opportunities” In Afghanistan
It’s rare for Andrew to not be on the front page for one scandal or another these days. This time around, it’s been discovered that he forwarded a briefing prepared by UK officials while he was a trade envoy to Jeffrey Epstein.
The email included several market facts covering Helmland province, outlined through a number of bullet points, as well as a list of “high value commercial opportunities.” The documents further provided details of his 2010 tour of Southeast Asia, which he undertook in his role as Britain’s envoy for international trade.
Andrew sent the email containing the document with this brief message: “confidential brief produced by the Provincial Reconstruction Team in Helmand Province.”
It is important to note that the Afghan document was complied specifically for Andrew at a time when the UK was committed to rebuilding the nation.
Following this report, Thames Valley Police, which serves areas west of London, including the former Duke’s Windsor home, has already launched an investigation into the matter. The main focus of the investigation is to determine whether Andrew breached protocols whilst still in office.
In addition to this, the police also confirmed that they received reports from an anti-monarchy campaigner, who reported the former Prince for suspected misconduct in public office and breaches of Britain’s Official Secrets Act as a result of the emails.
The statement by the police read, “We can confirm receipt of this report and are assessing the information in line with our established procedures.”
The latest development appears to be contrary to Andrew’s previous staunch denial that he never used his trade envoy role for personal gain.
