General Hospital Spoilers: What to Know About The Crystalline Conspiracy, The Book That Freaked Anna Out
General Hospital (GH) spoilers show that on the Thursday December 18 episode Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was once again visited by creepy Pascal (Marc Forget).
She discovered that she got more than dinner however, she also got a book titled The Crystalline Conspiracy which she promptly threw across the room.
Here’s what to know about the book and why Anna freaked out when she saw it!
Anna Freaked by Book
The book is a novel written by P.K. Sinclair. Next she discovered that the book was signed by the author, with the words “For my muse” and signed with “C.”
Anna was kidnapped and is being held at Wyndemere by Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Pascal is the enforcer/butler and he is the one who delivers Anna her food. This time around she felt a bump on the bottom of the food tray and lo and behold … she found a wrapped package.
Based on the “C” fans are sure that Cesar Faison is back since he used the pen name P.K. Sinclair. It is known that he wrote The Crystalline Conspiracy as well as a tome titled The Alpine Express. In both books was a heroine named Davnee which is an anagram of Devane.
Is Anna in Danger?
The plots were similar to the times Anna and Faison had when she was a DVX double agent. From there Faison developed a warped obsession with Anna and at various times tormented her and her family.
Let’s consider that the book may not have been sent by Faison but by his son Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Before Peter aka Heinrich was murdered, he used his father’s alias to write the book, The Severed Branch.

There is yet another possibility, and that is that someone is using Faison’s legacy to spook Anna. The most likely perp is Jenz, who is in the running for being as demented as Faison and Peter. Maybe more …

Jenz may be evil, MAYBE even a little worse than Faison, but I doubt it. But, Jenz just doesn’t have the creepy charm and charisma that Faison had/has. Watching Anders Hove as Faison was fun, even when he was at his creepiest, and scaring the pants off people! Phenomenal actor and character. Maybe it’s just me, but I just don’t see it (or feel the “willies”) with Jenz Sidwell. Even when he’s doing his most dastardly deeds, he just doesn’t instill that kind of fear and goosebumps. Do I dare hope the real Cesar Faison, played as only Anders Hove can play him, is really back?
He’s on the same level in his acting as Jeff Kober was as Cyrus. And Jon Lindstrom is phenomenal too, especially if they turn “Ryan” loose on PC again. Can you imagine those 3 (Cesar, Cyrus and Ryan) all running amuk at the same time? 😯😳
GH is blessed with some amazing acting talent, but if they don’t get their heads out of their backsides and give them some good material to play, we’ll be losing them. Roger Howarth, Johathan Jackson, Jeff Kober, Nicholas Chavez, Michael Easton, Jophielle Love…..just a few fairly recent examples of talent they couldn’t hold on to.

I don’t even care about the story line it’s the worst ever and stupid. I don’t watch GH anymore and I won’t until Drew and willow both go down.
