The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Sharon And Phyllis’ New Trauma-Do They Find The Murder Victim In France?
The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates reveal that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will suffer new trauma while in France.
It seems they may suffer a bit of post-traumatic stress disorder from Martin Laurent’s (Christopher Cousins) sick games, but finding a murder victim in the maze certainly won’t help!
Trauma Upon Trauma Triggers More Traumatic Repercussions!
It’s bad enough the confusing maze and the idea of puzzles to solve inflicted by “Aristotle Dumas” aka Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) may remind them of Martin’s puzzles they had to solve.
But both women have been traumatized before in their recent past with somewhat similar situations; for Sharon, it was caused by Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) for Phyllis, Jeremy Stark (James Hyde).
Sharon killed Kirsten in a sewer before he could kill her or Faith Newman (Reylinn Caster); Phyllis killed Stark in self-defense and disposed of his body.
Sharon suffered additional trauma as a result of being drugged by Ian Ward (Ray Wise) in recent months, followed by her and Phyllis’ kidnapping by Martin Laurent.
Even that situation was intertwined with Phyllis, since Ward and Jordan (Colleen Zenk) framed her for killing Heather Stevens, (Vail Bloom) Daniel Romalotti’s (Michael Graziadei) live-in girlfriend.
Trapped In A Chateau With No Way To Escape?
It’s not like Cane is actually holding anyone hostage, like Jordan, Ian Ward, Martin Laurent, Cameron Kirsten, or Jeremy Stark did, but he paid for everyone’s round trip! So Phyllis and Sharon can’t just leave the chateau and get on the train and then fly back to Genoa City, even Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) can’t make that happen.
It’s the trapped part that is triggering to both Sharon and Phyllis, and it’s a piled on PTSD from the times they’ve been held hostage for the past eighteen months or so.
It’s not a sewer, it’s not a cheap no-tell motel room, but for them, it’s the experiences that are similar, not the venue, and certainly not their “captor”. It’s certainly not an abandoned psychiatric facility, it’s beautifully appointed, and expensively furnished-even the train!
Phyllis And Sharon’s Worst Nightmare And Painful Reminder Of Their Past Trauma
But at the end of the week, Phyllis and Sharon’s worst nightmare might come true, and a definite painful reminder of their past trauma-spoilers indicate someone will die! It’s a definite possibility that the two of them will discover a body quite possibly hidden in the maze of tall hedges surrounding the chateau. The big question is, whose will it be, and how did they die-who will be the suspects, or persons of interest?
We know who it won’t be-it won’t be Lily Winters, (Christel Khalil) Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) or Nick Newman (Josh Morrow) and it won’t be Cane! Other YR rumors tease it could be Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and that would definitely be traumatic for Sharon, who used to date him-it could be for Phyllis too!
