The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Did Finn Give Luna False Hope About a Relationship?
The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) may have unintentionally misled Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada).
When he first found out she was his daughter, he immediately sought her out, and regretted he wasn’t in her life as her father, but then backed off it!
Luna Is Desperate For Finn To Be In Her Life
Luna is determined to have Finn in her life after discovering he’s her father. She is willing to go to great lengths, including sneaking into the Cliff House when Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is absent.
Initially, Finn seemed open to a relationship with Luna, but now he appears to be distancing himself.
It raises concerns that he may have unintentionally misled her. However, once Steffy learned the truth, Finn completely changed his approach!
Mixed Feelings
Finn (Tanner Novlan) experienced a whirlwind of feelings upon discovering that he was Luna’s (Lisa Yamada) father. A mix of joy, sadness, frustration, and anger washed over him.
This revelation presented a chance for him to connect with her on a deeper level. Finn regretted not being there for Luna during her toughest times, believing he could have been a positive influence in her life.
After all, who wouldn’t want a father like Finn? He is dedicated and loving towards his family, possessing a kind heart. In many ways, he contrasts with Luna, who missed the chance to know her father while growing up, as her mother, Poppy (Romy Park), deprived her of that experience.
Confusing Messages
Finn’s emotions for Luna are understandably confusing-when he first revealed to her that he was her father, he embraced her warmly, and she gazed into her father’s eyes for the first time.
That moment marked the peak of their tenderness; however, after his conversation with Steffy, everything shifted dramatically, she absolutely forbad him. Steffy informed Luna that Finn would not be a part of her life, leading him to become emotionally withdrawn.
He made it clear to Luna that she was not welcome in his world. That is a reaction that is justifiable given that Luna had imprisoned his wife and taken the lives of two innocent men.
Finn Seems To Have Led Luna On
Finn gave Luna false hope, leading her to believe they could build a father-daughter bond. He expressed affection and kindness, only to withdraw it later.
It’s understandable that Luna craves a connection with Finn, feeling lost and wounded by his behavior. After hinting at a potential fatherly role, he ultimately chose to shut her out.
What do you think about Finn’s actions-do you believe he deceived Luna, or do you think he’s justified in maintaining his distance?
