The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) cuckoo for cocoa puffs plot reaches a zenith this week. On Friday, September 27 there is a special episode honoring her three decades on the CBS sudser.
In light of all that’s happening in her out-there storyline, as well as this being her anniversary episode, Case talked to Soaps.com about the monumental scripts she’s been getting. Here’s what to know.

Case spills that for the special anniversary script, she is on “every page.” That much dialogue and airtime would frighten a lesser actress and Case admits “It was almost a little scary.”
After digesting the material the blond actress thought “How am I going to do this?” which is the perfect tease as we head for a fabulous Friday Cliffhanger!
The Young and the Restless spoilers: Sharon is Raging
Sharon is on a wild ride and on the Wednesday, September 25 epi Sharon decided not to poison Daniel Romalotti’s (Michael Graziadei) whiskey.
She was egged on in this misdeed by Ghost Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) who has been pushing Sharon to get revenge on Daniel for Cassie Newman’s (Camryn Grimes) death.
Luckily for Sharon, she dumped the tainted brew down the drain but that wasn’t the end of her nightmare.
Y&R spoilers: Sharon is Caught Out
After cleaning up her mess, Sharon was confronted by Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) who was at the front door ready to enter the penthouse.
The two ladies played verbal rope-a-dope for a while, with Heather eventually ending up on the floor unconscious.
Then, on the Thursday, September 26 epi fans saw what appeared to be Sharon disposing of the body, all neatly wrapped up like a mummy. Is Heather floating in one of Genoa City’s waterways? It appears that way but soaps can be tricky.

Fans watched Sharon clean the crime scene and hoist her bundle over a bridge and into the river. But consider this: Sharon is seeing and hearing Cameron as if he’s real. What if Sharon hallucinated Heather’s death?
Right now no scenario is wild enough to take off the table. Will the tribute episode expose Sharon’s behavior or make the opaque transparent? For all we know Heather is tied up in her closet or stashed away at the Newman stables. Only time will tell.
