General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Supposed Breakdown
According to the General Hospital spoilers, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) isn’t the only one headed for a mental breakdown.
He’s suffering from bipolar episodes and outbursts because someone tampered with his medication. Fans are also concerned about Trina Robinson’s mental state.
The original poster Kristabell posted on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards: “I think Trina is headed for a breakdown?” They got an “eerie feeling” in the recent episodes involving the character. She could snap and kidnap Baby Ace. GH fans took to the thread to share their thoughts.
“She’s not going to kidnap Ace but if that’s where they are headed they need to let that go. I find the way Trina’s whole existence is to exult Spencer very disturbing,” one fan argued.
“I’m hoping she’s not going to get into an unhealthy emotional state. Although I think the actress could do wonders with any emotional storyline, I don’t want to see Trina holding onto the past,” another user noted.
“Spencer’s death is recent. If she’s acting this way in a year then she might have a problem. I think it’s sweet that she wants to see Ace,” a third user mused.
According to the General Hospital spoilers, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) is dead. This means that the actor is not coming back to the daytime soap. Because of this, fans are concerned about Trina’s emotional well-being. She could be headed for a spiral if she doesn’t come to terms with his death.
GH Spoilers: Should Trina Be Ace’s Caregiver?
This also has some fans questioning whether Trina should be Ace’s caregiver. This was brought up on another thread on the SoapCentral.com Message Board. The user franron asked fans whether they think it’s a good idea for Trina to be granted the right to become Ace’s caretaker.
“Yes, why not? It may help her grieve,” one fan argued.
“I don’t think that Trina should hang around Ace. Trina should move on from Spencer and do something else,” another user wrote.
“It is a setup for me to hate Trina. Esme is alive,” a third user wrote.
The General Hospital spoilers suggest that Trina’s character could change. It might be too soon for her to take care of Baby Ace. She needs to process her emotions from Spencer’s death so she can heal and move on.

I don’t feel Trina should be caring for Ace at this time. It will not help her to get on with her life. She needs to get back to school and the gallery. While it has to be difficult for Laura and Kevin, they are apparently his legal guardians since Nikolas is in jail. If they recast and bring back Spencer, it would be nice if he turned out to actually be Ace’s dad. Was DNA ever tested?
I had always hoped for that same outcome LJR. Nicholas C’s Spencer would have make a wonderful father, he exhibited such love and tenderness for Ace. Of course now it will depend 100% on the type of personality, emotion and tenderness the recast had.
