On Friday, April 12 Redding Munsell is in and Kellen Enriquez is out as adorable tot Harrison Abbott. Enriquez debuted in the role in 2021 and did a fantastic job of portraying a confused little boy torn between warring parents.
He was subsequently raised by Summer (Allison Lanier) and his bio dad Kyle (Michael Mealor).

So, why did the show choose to recast the character of Harrison? It could be that the boy gets involved in a sensitive situation regarding his parents.
Harrison’s nanny left and he is sad and doesn’t like any of the new candidates. But he did light up in the presence of Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) which could be problematic.

Skyle discussed the possibility of hiring Claire as Harrison’s new nanny but that was before they learned of her reputation as a family annihilator. Summer was miffed that Claire tried to kill her whole family, while Kyle seems a bit more intrigued.
The show could be hinting at a possible fling between these two which would get Kyle out of his funk, but also enrage Summer.
Then again, there’s speculation that Claire saves Harrison from a dangerous situation and that could change everything!
