GH Spoilers: New Information, Dreaming Lawyers, Mysterious Diagnoses
General Hospital spoilers and updates for Friday, March 15 tease new information, dreaming lawyers, and mysterious diagnoses.
What’s Coming Up In Port Charles
Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) has new information after Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) picks his brain, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) talks about dreaming, and Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) hit with mysterious diagnoses.
Lost And Found
It looks like Curtis and Marshall Ashford (Donnell Turner, Robert Gossett) might be at his physical therapist Michael Carson’s (Himself) office judging by all the Pilates balls present.
Curtis asks someone if they’re able to locate Dr. Braddock (Uncast) the psychiatrist that originally misdiagnosed Marshall with schizophrenia. It’s possible he’s questioning Co-Chief of Staff Terry Randolph (Cassandra James).
Curtis has apparently finally convinced his father to follow up with the doctor whose misdiagnosis led him to ruin all their lives. But, forty-something years ago not as much was known about diseases like schizophrenia, and even depression held a stigma.
New Information
In the meantime, Stella is with Kevin in his office as she tells him she’s hoping to pick his brain. She had unearthed some old medical files her late sister had kept on Marshall and had found this Dr. Braddock’s name in them.
Kevin will have new information to reveal to Marshall about his misdiagnosis, so it sounds like he looks over the files. It never hurts to have a second opinion and Kevin has been a psychiatrist for years.
Let’s Not Pretend
Elsewhere, at the Invader office, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) tells Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) pretending otherwise does him no favors.
They may be talking about the progression of his ALS aka Lou Gehrig’s Disease, or they could be talking about the Invader’s third wheel Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Gregory will find himself being humiliated by Nina, although it won’t be intentional at all-she knows nothing about his health issues.
But acting or speaking before thinking is always Nina’s forte, and one would think she’d learn her lesson. But she’s still acting and speaking before thinking of the possible consequences!
Hamilton Finn’s Something Interesting To Share
Back at GH in his office, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) apparently has something interesting to share with Co-Chief Of Staff Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). He has just finished assessing Heather and another specialist has been called in as a result.
He tells Portia to take it-apparently a copy of Heather’s assessment-for something interesting in her work; a diagnosis of cardiomyopathy was made but there’s more than that, apparently. It sounds like Heather’s got several things going on and possibly rare ones!
General Hospital Spoilers: Dreaming Lawyers
Diane has also shown up at The Invader office with a proposal for Alexis. She says “a lawyer can dream, can’t she”? She and Alexis had talked about Alexis missing being in a courtroom, and possibly she’s trying to talk her into pursuing getting her law license back.
It’s been a couple or more years since she lost it and the scandal that caused it behind her.
Alexis is so unhappy with Nina being there and being forced to work with her she’s almost walked out a couple of times. Diane and Alexis were law partners for many years, and it sounds like it may be time to work on that.
Mysterious Diagnoses
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Dr. Enoch (Sean T. Krishnan) the specialist who’s been called in on Heather’s case talk to Heather, who’s freaked out to say the least! Heather shouts that no doctor has ever told her anything, starting with a diagnosis of cardiomyopathy.
But that isn’t something rare and these diagnoses have thrown Heather for a loop, and Finn wouldn’t have been called in if it weren’t something are and infectious. Heather’s medical and family medical history consists of her overdosing on LSD, causing mental problems, and her mother died of a cerebral hemorrhage.
Josslyn Jacks Tries To Stop Dex Heller From Leaving
Josslyn looks heartbroken as she tries to stop Dex from leaving, and he questions what if it’s already too late.
She and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) managed to convince him to protect Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) at the warehouse which led to them helping save Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) had been shot by Hamish (Chris Gunn) as well as Dante and he’d did what he could.
Could there be something about Jason’s return that is forcing Dex to get out of town even more than before? He and Dex seem to have something in common besides Sonny and his family-they both worked as mercenaries for a military contractor!
