General Hospital spoilers and updates for Friday, March 8 tease a fugitive search, unexpected suspect, and shooter knowledge. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) gives hints for a fugitive search, Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) taken aback over an unexpected suspect, and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) has some shooter knowledge.
General Hospital Spoilers: Relieving Information
At the hospital, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) has some good news-she’s likely telling those who weren’t at the hospital with her the relieving information.
Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr) was worried about his father, and Sam can tell him and her two kids Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will be okay. Dante will be down recovering for a while but he pulled through the serious surgery and is in the intensive care unit to recover.
It’s relieving information and good news for all who care about Dante. As Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) kept saying, Dante’s a fighter!
GH Spoilers: Fugitive Search
Elsewhere, Anna gives John Cates (Adam Harrington) hints for a fugitive search, telling him there’s one other person who Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) would run to.
The two of them will head over to that person’s house to question her if she’s heard or seen from him. It’s unbelievable information but they’ll have proof along with them. She’ll need proof to believe what they’re saying!
General Hospital Spoilers: Confrontations In The Chapel
There’s another confrontation in the General Hospital chapel as Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) faces off with Ava Jerome (Maura West).
Nina tells Ava someone indignantly that she knows more than she’s saying-and that’s bound to be about what happened at the waterfront with Dante’s shooting. Nina will want to know if Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was the shooter’s target and why are they keeping information from her?
Nina’s in for a shock as she’ll find out Sonny and Ava are getting closer and eventually she’ll find out the shooting suspect is Jason. More than one person Nina was close to, her late cousin Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) saw him crushed under Cassadine Island!
GH Spoilers: Unexpected Suspect
Cates and Anna arrive at Carly’s house, where Carly asks them “what’s this about a suspect?” Carly will be taken aback when she’s told it’s Jason, and if he’s contacted her-she’ll probably be shown the footage from the drone that Jagger has on his phone.
Carly will be shocked to know he made it out of that tunnel alive, and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) should be relieved, having blamed himself for not saving his brother. But the situation will be very puzzling to Carly, as to why Jason hasn’t contacted anyone, not even her. More puzzling is why he appears to be targeting Sonny?
General Hospital Spoilers: Shooter Knowledge
Dex and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) are at the Quartermaine gatehouse talking to Michael and Willow Corinthos (Chad Duell, Katelyn MacMullen). Dex tells Michael and Willow that he and Josslyn do know something about the person who shot Dante. It’s doubtful that they are in the loop about the suspect being Jason, but they do know whoever it was someone else was there.
They found Dante with a live phone next to him and 911 still on the line and bandaged with a sweatshirt and legs elevated. If this was the shooter it makes no sense to give him first aid!
GH Spoilers: Taking Care Of Business
Back at the hospital, Sonny is talking to Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) about the situation, although he doesn’t seem to believe Jason is targeting him.
He tells Diane he just wants to find out who did do this-shoot Dante and target him-and take care of the situation. He, like everyone else who knew Jason will find it strange that he hasn’t tried to contact any family or friends. It makes him appear guilty but he doesn’t want to believe his best friend would come after him for revenge of some sort!
