The Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday, July 14: Tucker and Carson’s Scheme, Phyllis in Handcuffs

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, July 14 tease that legal eagle Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) puts his wits to use and makes sure that Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) are ready to confront MIA Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) at the GCAC.

The Young and the Restless spoilers: Red Comes Out of Hiding

Cricket puts Red on blast for faking her death and wasting taxpayer money on a search for her and Chance gets to take the wonton redhead into police custody. Phyllis is finally cuffed, and this gives Christine no end of delight; these two vixens have been going at it for decades and this is the latest in a battle full of skirmishes.

Phyllis thinks she has an ace up her sleeve however, in that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) finds EMT Carson (Walter Belenky), and the whole mess will eventually be solved. As if. But Phyllis is part of Tucker and Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) plan to take down Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) so they do everything they can to spring her from lockup.

Prior to her arrest, Phyllis Summers thought she would meet with Carson the EMT who was paid by dead Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) as part of their scheme to fake her death. But Tucker McCall got the jump on her and met with Carson first.

Carson will corroborate Phyllis’ version of what went down before Jeremy’s death, but of course there are strings attached.
Carson helping Phyllis is contingent on her making a deal with Tucker and agreeing to eliminate the threat posed by Diane Jenkins. Does Phyllis have any other choice? She doesn’t trust Tucker but she wants to be free to “help” her kids and the idea of taking down Diane is music to her ears.

The first step in the plan hatched by Tucker, Ashley and Phyllis is forged, but look for Red to be anxious about how long she will be in jail. And an antsy Phyllis is a dangerous cannonball so what looks like the end to this non-dead dramarama could be really just the beginning of a whole new terrifying subplot!
