General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Is The Voice Of Reason, Tells Laura Nikolas May Not Want To Be Found?
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Ava Jerome (Maura West) will be the voice of reason when it comes for the search for Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) in Chechnya. Ava may try to talk Laura Collins (Genie Francis) out of her planned trip to Russia, telling her Nikolas may not want to be found.
General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Jerome Is Afraid
Ava is actually more afraid Nikolas is alive than that he is dead, having been certain he was when she put him in a tack closet in the Spoon Island stables. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) caught her in the act of trying to drag Nikolas’ body out of Wyndmere, but promising he’d help her bury him. But then everything was interrupted by Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) and Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) escape from Spring Ridge, along with Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).
Nikolas’ burial was postponed again, and a fearful Ava and Austin stood in the stable in the room with the tack closet as detectives searched for Nikolas. But all Detectives Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Bennett (Kendrick Cross) found was a broken watch-later Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Gray) said he’d “taken care of it”.
GH Spoilers: Victor Cassadine Left Clues
Ava had “killed” Nikolas with a gargoyle statuette she threw at the back of his head, only meaning to stop him, he’d threatened to kidnap Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola). Then when Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) will was read, he left some clues-a photo of a gargoyle, for one, referring to Ava’s MIA husband. The last thing Ava wants or needs is for Nikolas to be found alive and telling Laura that Ava tried to kill him and locked him in a tack closet! However, Ava has no idea that Mason had Nikolas on life support, and it’s unsure if Austin does but she got the distinct impression Victor knew what happened.
General Hospital Spoilers: The Deed To The Property In Chechnya
The deed to the property in Chechnya was actually left to Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) to “watch over”, meant to go to Nikolas. That is why Laura suspected that might be where Nikolas disappeared to, She thought perhaps that could be where Victor and he hid out when Nikolas was recovering and Victor playing dead, since it was unknown to anyone.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) knew of it but was surprised the Soviets didn’t take the property over. Ava continues to try and dissuade Laura from searching, but she’s unsuccessful-how would she feel if it were Avery missing?
