General Hospital could sure use a ratings win these days and what better way to make that happen than to bring on Tyler Christopher, right? Well, it seems like the actor himself is missing his daytime television days as he recently reminisced about his Daytime Emmy win from back in 2016. Here’s what you need to know.

Sharing several photos of when Tyler won his Daytime Emmy Award for his portrayer as Nikolas Cassadine on General Hospital back in 2016, the proud actor simply captioned it with, “Seven years ago today.” Clearly, Tyler is thinking the same thing that many General Hospital fans have been thinking for quite some time now. He is sorely missed on the show and at this point, needs to come back as Nikolas Cassadine.
Needless to say, many of his social media fans and followers commented on his post with, “There is another one in your future. We want you BACK on GH. YOU ARE THE ONE AND ONLY TRUE Nikolas Cassadine. Great writing and great direction requires GREAT ACTORS and here you are!”
Stephen Nichols, who worked with Tyler while he was on Days of Our Lives, also write, “This was a wonderful night. My tv son @tyler christopher2929 and my tv wife @marybeth.evanstake best leading actor and leading actress! Well deserved. Bring Tyler back to General Hospital.”
Does Tyler Christopher Want To Come Back?
Many of his fans also agreed with that sentiment by saying, “I’ve been saying this all over social media! It’s time,” along with, “Would love to see him back on GH. He was the best Nicholas!”
Clearly, everyone would love to see Tyler Christopher back on the canvas. Now, whether or not that happens remains to be seen but seeing how nostalgic Tyler feels about it, there’s a good chance that the producers of General Hospital would consider it. After all, bringing Tyler back would be a HUGE ratings win for Port Charles. Someone, make it happen already!
