Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Chanel Finds Herself On The Wrong Side Of The Law
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actress Raven Bowens, who plays Chanel on the hit Peacock soap, put it this way to the publication, “When Chanel hears the word murder, that just sounds like your life is over. No one ever told her that she murdered anyone, but Shawn’s here and he’s now saying, ‘murder.’ She knows the implications of murder are serious, so when he’s taking her away, Chanel is thinking, ‘I may never get out of prison. I may never see the light of day again.’”
Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Chanel is now having a hard time facing her loved ones because of everything that is going on. Raven says, “Chanel is ashamed and embarrassed for her mom, especially because she’s now put her in this terrible position career-wise. A mistake Chanel made in her past is now costing her mother her future. Also, Allie and Chanel didn’t tell Allie what was going on. She meant to, but the timing was never right. Then she thought she wouldn’t have to. There’s this guilt of, ‘I betrayed Allie and I might lose her. I might lose everything.’”
Later on Paulina, Abe and Allie arrive at the police station and fortunately, Bell is there, too. Rave says, “Belle is very protective of Chanel and stands up for her. She’s like, ‘I’m going to get you out of this.’ Belle is the person who makes Chanel feel a bit of hope.”
