Young and the Restless Spoilers Sept 24: Phyllis Blasts Matt, Traci’s Billy Intervention & Daniel’s Surprise
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, September 24 reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has a reckoning with runaway Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) while Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) comforts Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Traci’s Tough Love
Traci is now the Abbott family matriarch and as such she visits Billy who is a very busy boy these days.
Traci’s visit comes as Billy is wedding and baby planning and in a temporary truce with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn). Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) wants to have his mother, Jill Abbott (last played by Lauren Koslow), at their wedding but Billy is acting like a pouty baby about it.
Billy Boy’s Reluctance
Silly Billy doesn’t want Jill or anyone or anything else raining on his wedding day. But how will he feel later if he excludes Jill?
Traci is on matriarch/sister duty when she goes to see Billy in an attempt to keep him from doing something stupid (again).
Billy’s Nuptial Nightmare?
Traci no doubt offers to be a sounding board for his current woes but will Billy open up or insist there’s nothing to talk about?
Meanwhile, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) isn’t content to let Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) usurp his time with her mother, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), even though he last dated the younger woman.

Victoria was torn between the two younger peeps, and chose to have lunch with Claire; do you think sneaky Kyle will crash their meal?
Elsewhere, Phyllis meets up with Matt who was supposed to leave town. Phyllis was bummed when he chose to ditch GC, will she be happy to see him or read him the riot act?
