The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Ridge’s Actions Fuel Drama While Eric Refuses to Back Down
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) well-intentioned retirement plans for his father were handled awkwardly, to put it nicely.
He humiliated Eric Forrester (John McCook) and damaged his pride, which is clearly a no-no in a public business.
Meanwhile, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), who has often restrained her husband in past years, mimicked Ridge’s bravado.
She insulted her younger sister and treated Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) like it was decades ago, as if she were just a girl.
And so the soapy scenario was established where the Forrester, Logan, and Spencer families are at odds.
That is classic B&B theater that can be witnessed old school broadcast style, like every viewer watched when this great show debuted in 1987.
Founding And Building Forrester Creations
Ridge was talking with his beloved wife. Brooke has to be intensely loved because he’s married to him nine times through all these daytime years.
The remarried Forresters were looking at a photo of Eric that appeared to be circa the late 1980s or early 1990s.
Ridge noted how remarkable it was that his dad lived the business twenty-four-seven. Brooke agreed, and then their conversation turned to Eric’s absence from FC.
They were surprised and eventually concerned that Eric hadn’t stopped in the office and wasn’t responding to the text messages Ridge had been sending him.
Eric was in the Forrester mansion that he and his fabled late wife, Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery), created.
Ridge Forrester Needs To Make Amends
Amends wasn’t on Ridge’s mind when he saw the sketches Eric drew. They were openly visible in the spacious living room, where many memorable weddings and holidays were celebrated.
But Eric wasn’t going to regale his visitors with a piano medley, as he does on Christmas. Instead, a confrontation was coming that was spurned by the arrival of Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and the woman he recently married for the third time.
Ridge and Brooke were moving toward an answer to Eric’s mysterious absence when the Spencers arrived. That put the major players in the same scene, with the reveal readied and dropped hard.
Eric Forrester Plans To Keep Living
This subject header is as simple as it is predictive. With whatever health issues he’s enduring and no matter the diagnosis, Eric will persist with Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) by his side.
The invincibility of this great fashion icon is matched by the enduring and endearing performance that McCook has given since the day B&B was born. The show’s fortieth anniversary arrives on March 23, 2027.
There is no information that has McCook working in his final storyline. Late last year, the actor said that he had no plans to leave.
So, Eric will continue to live his life. As he does, will he complete what will be Katie’s first collection at Logan or rejoin his son at the company that bears his name?
