General Hospital Spoilers: Fans Say Dante, Drew, and Kevin Aren’t Quite Right
General Hospital spoilers say the fan base is lashing out. Did the writers lose the plot, because the fans are up in arms about the direction three key characters are going — and they want a response that makes it all make sense.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is leading many fans to question what happened to him. His treatment of the people he loves has us wondering if GH is going to dig a hole too deep for him to climb out of.
Then there’s Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), who pretty much everyone is collectively fed up with right now.
Most of us seem to be expecting him to be killed off because we can’t imagine there is a way to redeem him at this point. Last but not least, Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) is back in action — and giving us the chills! Something isn’t right here.

Dante is a Disappointment
Dante is holding onto a tremendous amount of anger, and he seems to be misfiring it in all the wrong directions. Has somebody’s PTSD made a resurgence here or what? First, we thought we might see Dante heal from Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) passing with grace and find his footing again with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).
Instead, he’s been pretty harsh on his ex-wife and it keeps driving the wedge between them deeper.
Then, he found out Giovanni ‘Gio’ Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is his son, and instead of embracing him, he’s pushing him away. X user @Kricket1874 touted, “Wow. Shame on Dante. Gio deserves better,” and they’re not wrong.
GH Spoilers Gossip Drew is Most Hated
Speaking of fan feedback, the negative reviews have been pouring in about Drew for well over a year now.
The fan base thought they were ready to revolt when he was hitting on his nephew’s wife, but here we are nearly a year and a half later, and Drew is still in power and ruining every life he touches. @LizMastersSC posted on X, “I have watched @GeneralHospital for over 40+ years and am currently disgusted by it.
I have not watched it in weeks, only read recaps. I thought the Drew/Willow crap would all be done by now as well as Sidwell stuff.
It’s too long and boring. WRAP IT UP!” Ouch! But honestly, how many of us are feeling the exact same way?
Kevin Just Isn’t Himself
Paging Dr. Collins! Did the hairs on everyone else’s neck go up when we saw Kevin’s face peek out from behind those flowers? Sure, we have to explain how he would have not only survived but have secured a new hand, but I can’t shake the feeling that Kevin is actually Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) — and I know I’m not the only one.
@Soapsdotcom remarks, “After months of watching Jon Lindstrom as the dastardly Joey on #BeyondTheGates, did anyone else immediately distrust a returning Kevin on #GeneralHospital? Why was he really ignoring his calls? Did he really have a patient to tend to?” That stood out to me, too.
Kevin just popped back into the states and was already on call before he even let his wife know he was home? What do you think? Why is Dante so angry? What lies ahead for Drew? Is Kevin hiding something? Share your thoughts with us, and keep checking back for more GH news and spoilers.

I do feel the Kevin we are viewing could very well be Ryan in replacement once again. The only question is his hand, how did he get a fully working hand unless he is in cahoots with Sidwell & Friends who may have discovered a way to do so. Understand Laura is not herself these days, but she should certainly know the difference between the two brothers after the previous replacements. I have a feeling this time around will be Kevin’s/Ryan’s departure from GH as JL is on BTG and doing quite well. The possibility of him playing both roles is almost impossible as one soap tapes on the east coast and the other on the west coast. As Kevin hasn’t been used much on GH for the past year, I feel BTG will win out. This just may be Kevin’s/Ryan’s final goodbye for GH until needed for another story line in the future. As for Dante, I can’t understand the need for the change in his persona. Drew just needs to be removed from canvas for a long vacation to give viewers a rest from his foolishness. Even though agreed upon by most viewers, Drew just needs to be gone from canvas but I don’t feel TPTB feel the same. Can’t imagine how many more villain type characters writers will resurrect or bring back to canvas. If it continues the way things are going now, all of the good folk of PC will need to find another home to allow the villains to hate on one another as no sanity can be brought to the town as long as so many objective citizens live there.
