The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, August 13 tease that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) does not make Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) day with her unsolicited advice.
Phyllis wants to talk turkey with Lily and this puts Lily on alert since Phyllis is a known meddler with a million agendas to push.

Nonetheless, Billy could shock everyone after he and Lily discussed him stepping into the corporate background at Abbott-Chancellor in a bid to appease Victor.

That’s because to him the Abbott name stands for Jabot Cosmetics and he does not endorse his brother Billy putting the family name together with Chancellor. It would have been nice if Billy had consulted him, but that’s not how Billy Boy rolls.

Billy pushes back that since Abbott is his name, too, he has every right to use it. Billy also explains that he is honoring his sick mom Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) legacy even though that is her married name.
