The Bold and the Beautiful Fans ANGERED Over Brooke’s Bible Reading
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that fans are none too pleased over a particular scene in an upcoming episode of the hit show. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
The Bold and the Beautiful Fans ANGERED Over Brooke’s Bible Reading
According to the latest spoilers, doctors Finn and Bridget are doing whatever they can to give Eric Forrester another lease on life. While at the hospital, the entire Forrester family is gathered around the Forrester Creations CEO. Brooke Logan is by Ridge Forrester’s side and reading a bible as Eric is taking what may be his last breaths. And while it’s certainly a scene that easily puts viewers at the edge of their seats, some critics don’t like it at all.
Of course, many The Bold and the Beautiful fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some of them even commented with, “The bible reading baffles me. Stephanie read bible? Why Brooke would have any idea why the pages were marked makes no sense. Perhaps it was a family bible and those were marked centuries ago? Stephanie died. a while ago. Why should the bible save Eric when it didn’t save Stephanie?” along with, “If this was a real story about Brooke and or Eric finding religion during a challenging time I’d be all for it. Instead it’s out of character and out of sorts and will have zero relevance in a few days time.”
The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Brooke Reads From The Bible
Another B&B fan wrote, “Brooke reading the bible? Oh I didn’t want him to die like that. But this whole story is not rooted in reality with real characters and emotions it feels very shallow and superficial because they can’t be written in character.”
And then there was this comment as well: “Because this show is using religion as a plot point for no reason or relevance or authenticity to the characters or their journeys. The dialogue the story, the directing all made a mockery of what it could have and should have been.”
Of course, B&B fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next! The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on the CBS network. Check your local listings for times.

I thought the Bible reading was wonderful. It really added an essential emotional human element at a crucial family moment.

I personally think it was wonderful Brook read from the Bible! You are heathens if you think anything else, perhaps you should watch a drag queen Christmas show from the White House instead!!
I love it and I THANK YOU! It was a beautiful gesture. ♥️
So what if she has a Bible! Soap opera characters can have hope and faith. These people who are complaining need to get a grip.
I thought Brooke reading from the Bible was awesome
I see nothing wrong with Brook reading the Bible ,It gives people hope and healing ! In any situation . People need to put it in more often ❤️
With all the sinful things that goes on in the show (stealing, lying, killing, kidnapping, adultery, and etc) it was nice to see a little of Gods word being segregated into the show. I enjoy this show.
Brooke reading a passage out of the same Bible Stephanie used really is not that big of a deal. Brooke knew that Eric kept that Bible and how much the verses meant to him. In the real world, reading a Bible verse to a sick person is commonplace. Stop making such a big deal about someone’s beliefs. Oh and I know Brooke’s background, so no need to go there. Look at who was in the room with her—- no stone throwing from that group
Soaps have always stayed away from politics and religion. Please keep it that way
When his has Brooke not done something that draws the attention to her. These are not Godless people. The soap has not introduced religion or a Bible into their lives on a soap opera show. The writers thought it was appropriate for the scene, This is not their real life. They are actors. I know we relate to them as if they are real people with this happening in real life.
