General Hospital Spoilers: Avery Pohl Offers What’s Next For Esme
General Hospital spoilers say that everyone wants to know if Esme will start the new year off with a bang or if she is going to continue being stuck at the Wyndermere tower. Either way, she’s getting antsy. Luckily, actress Avery Pohl has given fans a little insight as to what they can expect from her character in the coming weeks ahead. Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital Spoilers: Avery Pohl Offers What’s Next For Esme
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Avery admits that it’s been fun having scenes with Rebecca Herbst, who plays Elizabeth on the show. She says, “I think it’s really interesting having this maternal figure pop into Esme’s life – not necessarily a maternal role model for her, specifically, but someone who certainly understands what it’s like to have kids while Esme is trying to step into that role for the first time in her life. Especially considering that Elizabeth is helping Nikolas and considering what Esme did to Cameron.”
General Hospital spoilers also say that Esme has been acting like she truly does care about the baby that she’s been carrying. Avery admits that the feelings are certainly sincere. She said, “I think she really does care about that baby. It might simply stem from the selfish point of view that yes, this baby can help her, but also, this baby is someone that she can love unconditionally and that will unconditionally love her, which she has not experienced in her life.”
General Hospital Spoilers: Esme Has An Uphill Battle
Avery adds, “So I think that’s a really big thing for her. Plus, she’s been stuck in this tower for so long, it probably feels like years to her, and she’s talking to this baby and to her father, who is just a figment of her imagination – those are her companions at the moment.”
We have a feeling that Esme is going to have an uphill battle in the new year! That said, fans will have to tune in to General Hospital each and every day to find out what’s in store for the future.
