Days of Our Lives News: Fans Concerned Over Alum Chrishell Stause’s Behavior
Is everything ok? A lot of Days of Our Lives fans can’t help but wonder if everything is okay with one of their favorites alums, Chrishell Stause. The former daytime television star recently went on the record to say that she was rather intoxicated when she called out the People’s Choice Awards for not allowing her to bring her girlfriend G Flip to the ceremony. As if we didn’t already know that tweeting and drinking was a bad combination, right? Here’s what you need to know.
Days of Our Lives News: Fans Concerned Over Alum Chrishell Stause’s Behavior
According to Page Six, Chrishell, who was once best known for her role as Jordan Ridgeway, has expressed regret for calling out the People’s Choice Awards while she was apparently “intoxicated.” She says that she was upset that she was not allowed to bring her partner, Australian chart topper G Flip.
“An internal conversation was had that I very much appreciate,” she tweeted late Wednesday. “Lord grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change. The courage to change the things I can. And the wisdom to not tweet while intoxicated.”
Earlier in the week, Chrishell wrote, “People’s choice didn’t allow me to bring my partner to the awards. I could ONLY bring a plus 1 if it was a cast member. Wtf Sure this means I will never be nominated again but honestly fu.”
Days of Our Lives News: What’s Next For Chrishell?
Back in July and in an interview with Vogue, Chrishell had nothing but positive things to say about her relationship with her new partner. When asked what was her favorite part of her new relationship with the singer, she said, “I think my favorite part is just being around G. It’s such a mood-lifting experience; if you ever had the pleasure of being in the same room with them, you would quickly see what I mean. I love feeling that endless support of just wanting the other person to be fully who they are.”
Chrishell also says that she appreciates all of the positive dialogue and open conversations that have been had ever since she started dating G Flip. The former soap star put it this way, “Well, it’s been nice to just kind of put the conversation out there a little more, because sometimes when people don’t know about something, they automatically don’t approve or don’t like it. The nonbinary conversation can make people confused, but if you’re someone who prefers to be called Bob instead of Bobby, you know, people instantly respect that. And so if somebody identifies one way, and it makes them feel comfortable, we need to be open to that.”
Now, as far as whether or not Chrishell will ever come back to her daytime television roots remains to be seen. Watch this space.
