The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Electra Refuses to Face Reality While Will Misses His Chance to Stop Disaster
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Electra Forrester’s (Laneya Grace) certainty is deepening. She’s sure that Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) betrayed her trust and is partially right.
But the audience knows that Electra’s aunt stands at the top of three major problems. She has totally manipulated events to make Dylan look like she was fully undermining Electra and that Will was a willing cheater.
There is no doubt that Dylan’s (Sydney Bullock) eyes were caught by Will. His compassion touched her heart when she was vulnerable.
If truly pressed, Will couldn’t deny he found Dylan attractive, but he’s also told the truth when saying that he wasn’t chasing her.
Ivy Forrester Never Liked Her Niece’s Boyfriend
Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) couldn’t reconnect with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) in the recent past. Viewers now know why that unexpected request for a reconnection was written into the script.
Liam’s soft rejection was offered because he was on his way back to reconciling with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), who became Hope Logan Spencer again.
That set up Ivy as the lonely single who had nothing to focus on, and so she became overly involved in the love life of her early 20’s niece.
It’s somewhat preposterous to believe that Ivy can’t find anyone other than Liam, who was her one and only spouse, for a year in 2015. She’s smart, talented, generally warm-hearted, and highly gorgeous. But all of the above was needed to create the conflict plot that’s playing out.
Dylan Was Interested From The Jump
Dylan was introduced last summer. She was Hayes Finnegan’s (Bryan David Garlick) art teacher at the beach house.
It’s a bit soapy that the location where Dylan was tied up and put in a closet is the same location where she donned her ballerina outfit and danced for Will, as Ivy saw and eagerly relayed to Electra.
Will became the man who was Dylan’s shining knight. Far from home, without a job, financial means, or a boyfriend, Electra’s boyfriend came to be seen as someone who cared for her. But Electra cared about Dylan first, which goes back to the understandable concerns Ivy played into.
Will Spencer Left The Daytime Door Open
Sure, Will wasn’t chasing Dylan. But the proof that his interest went beyond platonic thoughts happened when Electra wasn’t around.
Will and Dylan were caught in a tender moment at the beach house, which is when Ivy decided to go there and check on what was happening. Brewer’s heightened interest in Electra was followed by her manipulating the fallout that happened after the so-called reveal of Dylan and Will at the beach house.
It was wrong for Ivy to take the letter Electra left for Will and to send RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) to comfort Grace’s character in the showroom. Having Will find them kissing was a stroke of luck for Ivy, who had realized success at this point in the storyline.
