There’s strong speculation suggesting that Melania Trump might be the reason why a lot of Americans are going to get pink slipped in the coming months and maybe even weeks ahead and it all has to do with a project of hers that just bombed terribly.
As many of our readers already know, the First Lady released a documentary about herself, which was aptly named ‘Melania’ but unfortunately, it bombed terribly at the box office.
In fact, ‘Melania’ just made $15.4 million dollars at the box office, which is a devastating number, seeing how Jeff Bezos and Amazon spent $40 million to acquire it and another $35 million to promote it.
In other words, Amazon is seeing red, and we are not just talking about Melania’s shade of lipstick here. The company is already bleeding money and the forecast doesn’t look good at all.
And because of the box office bomb, there are now reports that suggest Amazon is getting ready for some massive internal layoffs to make up for their losses. There’s no way that Bezos can swallow millions of dollars in deficit and think that the problem is just going to resolve itself on its own.
Is Melania Trump To Blame For The Country’s Unemployment?
That’s why many Amazon workers are going to see themselves unemployed and unfortunately, having a hard time making ends meet this year and that’s not just because of the economy, but also because someone decided that investing in a documentary about Melania Trump would be a good idea. Clearly, that wasn’t the case at all.
