The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Here’s What Fans Really Think Of The New Crimson Lights SetThe Young and the Restless spoilers say some people love it, others hate it, and then there are those who simply don’t understand it. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Here’s What Fans Really Think Of The New Crimson Lights Set

Clearly, we are talking about the new Crimson Lights set. And while it’s nice to see a little change of scenery, it seems like the changes don’t exactly make the right sense for soap opera fans.

That’s because there’s outdoor seating with metal seats where patrons and our favorite Genoa City characters are supposed to enjoy a warm cup of coffee, among other things.

But who in the middle of the winter would want to sit outside and talk Genoa City business and especially in a state like Wisconsin? That is a headscratcher for sure.

As our loyal readers can imagine, The Young and the Restless fans certainly did have a lot to say about the new set and shared some of their first impressions about it.

Some took to social media to write, “I think it’s very nice but I also think they should have waited for spring to use it. It looks ridiculous for them to be sitting in the snow drinking coffee.”

Does The New Crimson Lights Set Make Sense For Viewers?

Another fan of the show wrote, “It’s nice to have a new set but I live in Canada whose weather would be comparable to Wisconsin and it is not remotely realistic to be sitting outside in January in Wisconsin, even with space/propane heaters and especially dressed the way they do. I get it’s a soap not meant to be realistic.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Did they say there’s an ice skating rink near by? That’s the only way it makes sense to me to have people sitting outside. An outdoor only cafe would be weird.”

Well, a lot of fans do have a good point, right? We can’t imagine seeing anyone make business deals or watch as someone like Victor Newman is trying to clean the streets of Genoa City while drinking a mug of coffee in the Wisconsin cold, right?
