That’s because there are a lot of people out there who believe that he might be better off with Taylor Hayes.

That’s because unlike his on-again, off-again relationship with Brooke Logan, Ridge and Taylor actually act like two mature adults when they are together. Their discussions don’t lead to arguments and unlike Brooke Logan, Taylor knows how to keep her cool.

This might be one of the reasons why Ridge decided to give things another try with Taylor, even though Brooke is still on his heels. She’s just not giving up even though Ridge has made it clear that he would rather be with Taylor. Or at least, for the time being.

Not only that, but fans have also noticed that Taylor never runs after Ridge or begs him for his love the same way that Brooke does. Sometimes she acts as if she is totally desperate to be with him and a lot of fans just can’t wrap their heads around why she would do that.

Simply put, Taylor might just have an ounce more maturity than her love rival. It’s pretty clear that whenever Taylor is with Ridge, they seem to work very well together.

But the moment that Brooke enters the picture and tries to pry Ridge away, that’s when Taylor leaves. She doesn’t fight it. She just packs up her bags and leaves town in order to mend her broken heart correctly, which is something Brooke has never done, but certainly should.
