Days Of Our Lives Spoilers reveal that Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) has suggested to not only Belle, but to Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) that EJ needs to go.
The police commissioner can only be the good as that DA is and EJ has let too many cases slip through his fingers lately. EJ just decides to avoid prosecuting those that he has conflict of interest with.
Jada is tired of losing cases because of EJ’s conflicts and she wants to protect her job. Has Jada convinced Belle to take EJ’s job and help put away some criminals instead of getting cases dropped that EJ continues to screw up?
Is Belle there to tell EJ that she decided to take his job, so she won’t be screwing up any more cases for him?

According to the Winter preview video, EJ and Belle will argue before falling into bed together. The last thing that Belle needs is another roll in the hay with EJ. However, Belle and EJ’s trysts have always seemed to be consensual, so that shouldn’t be anything to shoot him for.
However, it seems that Belle could be in the house or possibly have just left the house when EJ is found, leading to her becoming a suspect. How will Belle get herself out of this situation? How could anyone think that Belle would end up shooting EJ no matter what the man has done?

The fact that Belle is after EJ’s job could certainly come up as a reason to shoot him. However, Paulina would love to get rid of him so why would there even be a fight?
Its not like EJ is just going to refuse to give up his job, Paulina can fire him just like she hired him, what difference would that make?
Belle would probably be the quickest suspect to be cleared of this crime, especially since that mayor will need someone to go after this shooter and prosecute them.
Will Belle be cleared and able to go on the clean up EJ’s office? Can Belle prove her innocence so she can make the person who shot EJ pay?
