Of course, we are talking about actress Kelly Monaco. There’s heavy speculation on social media that suggests she certainly wouldn’t mind coming back to her old stomping grounds. And that’s not just because she spent the last twenty years in Port Charles, but it’s also because she simply has no other place to go.
As many General Hospital fans are aware of, Kelly was given the boot earlier this year for reasons that still remain quite unknown.
As many readers are aware by now, Kelly was left absolutely blindsided when it was announced over the summer that she was being let go from the hit ABC soap.
It came as a huge surprise to her mostly because she didn’t see it coming and of course, also because Kelly has been on the show for more than two decades. A lot of people even consider her alter ego Sam McCall as a legacy character.
By now, a lot of people would have expected another daytime television show like The Bold and the Beautiful, The Young and the Restless or even Days of Our Lives to swoop Kelly in and hire her.

Unfortunately for Kelly, she hasn’t received any offers on daytime television or primetime for that matter. It’s been several months since fans have last seen her on the canvas, prompting specaulation that she might be having a hard time finding a new job.
