Even though he’s still alive and also dealing with his ongoing cancer battle, it seems like the King of England has basically given up his throne and the monarchy to his son, Prince William.
In fact, one royalist by the name of Charlotte Griffith says that “as heir to the throne, it is very much William who is calling the shots.”
Griffiths thinks that it’s definitely Prince William who is pulling all the strings behind the scenes, especially when it comes to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. He’s made it clear that he wants absolutely nothing to do with them.
Because if it were up to King Charles, he would have already welcomed the exiled couple back into the royal fold, but that hasn’t happened yet. And it’s because it’s Prince William who is making all the decisions behind the scenes.
Griffith even put it this way, “Today, Prince William can see the identical risks of pardoning Harry and Meghan.”
And because “their capacity for generating negative royal publicity is limitless, whether through books, TV series or high-profile celebrity interviews.”

“In the wake of the Queen’s death two years ago, the Royal Family is fragile, especially given the serious illnesses of both the King and the Princess of Wales.”
“Harry’s return would hit all of them like a wrecking ball. Charles may be willing to consider it, but William is not. And as heir to the throne, it is very much William who is calling the shots.”
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter just yet.

I really believe that Prince William needs to let bygones be bygones were his brother and sisterinlaw are concerned he should also do what is in his father’s best interest and wants
I believe William is so self righteous. And he is afraid of Harry chose to protest and come back the rest of the family and the people would want him over that pompous fool. I believe he needs to get off his high horse. Make up withe his brother. Life is short and he will regret his actions and missy prissy too.
