The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates for Tuesday, August 27 tease one couple has déjà vu, a spurned lover demands the truth, and a new lover opens up. Sharon and Nick Newman (Sharon Case, Joshua Morrow) have déjà vu, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) demands the truth and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) opens up to Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins).

Sharon and Nick are in the hospital, holding Faith Newman’s (Reylynn Caster) and pleading for her to wake up-the situation can’t help but bring sad memories. With tears in her eyes, Sharon asks Nick, “Why does this keep happening to us?,” referring to Cassie Newman’s (Camryn Grimes) death in a drunk driving accident.
Nick reassures her that he knows Faith wasn’t drinking this time, and. Sharon insists that Faith needs to be okay, and Nick promises she will be.
From the other bed, Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) calls out to Faith, who then wakes up, bringing relief to her parents. Lucy cries and tells Faith how sorry she is and feels guilty, asking Faith to confirm that she’s okay.
Y & R Spoilers: Adam Opens The Door To A Drunk Billy
Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) sends a message to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), alerting him that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) knows they slept together. Adam is ready to leave when Sally stops him and he mentions he forgot his tablet at work and needs to go back for it.
Sally is taken aback that it can’t wait until the morning; Adam feels guilty about his time off and promises to be back shortly. When he opens the door, he encounters a drunk Billy who forces his way in, saying they have to talk. Adam is eager to get rid of him, while Sally wants him to remain.

Adam insists he’s drunk and doesn’t know what he’s saying, demanding he leave. Billy thinks he should tell Sally the truth; as he walks out, he expresses regret that she found out in this manner. After he leaves, Sally screams, and demands he tells her the truth or she will leave for good.
After some pushing, he confesses that Billy was right and apologizes, confessing what happened that night in Baltimore. She forces him to admit he slept with Chelsea-he claims it meant nothing but Sally reminds him he has lied to her every day since then.
Y & R Spoilers: Traci Opens Up To Alan
Traci brings Alan to the jazz lounge and it makes him think of Paris-they find a seat, and she worries he might get bored in Genoa City, but he enjoys it. Alan is considering getting his own place, and Traci hopes that’s what he truly wants; she doesn’t want him to feel pressured by her family.
Alan asks if he’s overstepping, but she reassures him he isn’t-she just doesn’t want him to sacrifice everything for her, and he is surprised she doesn’t see how much he cares. Traci mentions she has friends and her editor in New York. Life is busy there, but she believes their relationship could thrive in that environment.
