As many fans know by now, Haley got into a terrible car accident and almost killed the driver of the car that she hit when she was under the influence of alcohol back in 2023.
The actress had been charged with one felony count of DUI that caused injury and one felony count for having a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher.
According to new reports, Haley was sentenced to five years of probation and 200 hours of community service. She also lost her driver’s license for one year.
In a new interview with People, her attorney, Dan Melnick, said, “Haley was sentenced to probation with 90 days county jail with time served” and that she would also undergo a nine-month DUI program, private counseling and a program developed by MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving).”

As many General Hospital fans can recall, the daytime television actress will be in custody for 90 days in jail. Last year, Haley was charged with one felony count of DUI that caused injury and one felony count for having a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher.
The person who was hit in the other car, Courtney Wilder, has filed a lawsuit against the actress. It was reported back in May 2003 that Haley was driving on the wrong side on a freeway in Pasadena back on April 29th. When she swerved her car, she flew over the dividing barrier and into oncoming traffic.
