General Hospital Spoilers: Jason’s Update, Ava’s Slight, Gregory’s Frustration
General Hospital spoilers and updates for Thursday, May 9 tease updates, slights and frustration. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) gives an update, Ava Jerome (Maura West) feels slighted, and Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) takes his frustration out on his oldest son.
General Hospital Spoilers: Bragging Blaze
Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez)is bubbling with excitement as she chats with her mother, Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva La Rue). She can’t contain her enthusiasm as she shares that she believes her latest record will be her greatest one yet-engaging in a bit of bragging!
Knowing Natalia’s tendency to be critical, she might find something to nitpick about and burst Blaze’s bubble of happiness.
Blaze and her mother recently clashed over Blaze’s decision not to involve her brother in the record. Her brother opted out, choosing a “real job” and distancing himself from their controlling mother!
GH Spoilers: Progressing Projects
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) enthusiastically informs Laura Collins (Genie Francis) about the project’s surprising advancement. It appears that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) managed to get Congressman McConkey (Sam McMurray) on board.
Jordan had a conversation with Drew not long ago and updated Laura on the situation. Laura expresses her astonishment, questioning Jordan, “It’s moving forward already?” Jordan nods affirmatively, mentioning that the project got a big boost.
General Hospital Spoilers: Jason’s Update
In the meantime, it seems like Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is in Jason’s office at the Corinthos Coffee warehouse, asking his promise that someone won’t be getting involved in anything dangerous.
Jason will reveal to Sam that he’s been collaborating with the FBI, possibly hinting at a joint operation with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) who Sam would be worried about.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is steering Dante away from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), but she hasn’t ruled out his involvement in the Pikeman case.
Sam will surely be taken aback when Jason confesses the truth about his faked death and the reasons behind it. Whether he discloses that it was to protect Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) remains to be seen.
GH Spoilers: Ava’s Slight
Ava and Sonny are having a conversation at the Metro Court when Ava reveals that she is upset about a hurtful comment made by another woman. Ava expresses her outrage, questioning how the woman could bring up her daughter’s murder in such a disrespectful manner.
It couldn’t have been Carly she’s referring to, as Carly was well aware of the dangers posed by Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom).
Could it be Natalia, insinuating that Ava had something to do with Kiki Jerome’s (Hayley Erin) tragic death? The accusation stings, leaving Ava feeling even more hurt and frustrated.
General Hospital Spoilers: Gregory’s Frustration
Gregory’s frustration boils over at Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) apartment as he exclaims, “By all means, you lecture me on proper wedding etiquette!!”
Finn had promised Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) that he would have a chat with their father about the risky plan to fly to Coney Island for their reception dinner. The older Chase was visibly irked by Finn’s interference and protective nature.
Considering Gregory’s occasional need for oxygen, flying would definitely not be a wise choice, even for a short trip. After all, Coney Island isn’t too far from Port Charles!
